JETSCREST collects only the information needed to respond to your enquiry and arrange your charter: your name, contact details and trip requirements. We treat every itinerary as confidential.
We never sell your personal data. Details are shared only with the operators, handlers and service partners strictly required to perform your flight, and only to the extent necessary.
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, at any time by writing to charter@jetscrest.com.
Figures produced by the Flight Planner are indicative estimates generated from typical aircraft performance and published rate bands. They exclude taxes, fees, de-icing, catering and third-party charges, and do not constitute a contractual offer.
A formal quotation is confirmed in writing by your account manager and is subject to aircraft and crew availability at the time of booking.
Charter flights arranged through JETSCREST are performed by licensed air carriers under their own Air Operator Certificates. Carriage is subject to the operating carrier's conditions and applicable international conventions.
Schedules may be affected by weather, air-traffic control, slot availability and other operational factors. Safety always takes precedence over schedule.
