How do I get a charter quote?
Use the Flight Planner for an instant indicative estimate, or contact the flight desk. A formal quote is confirmed by your account manager, usually within two hours.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Most charters can be arranged within a few hours, subject to aircraft and crew availability. For peak dates and complex itineraries we recommend booking as early as possible.
Can I bring my pet on board?
Yes, pets fly in the cabin with you on most charters. Tell your advisor when booking and we will prepare the aircraft accordingly.
What luggage can I take?
Allowances depend on the aircraft. Light jets suit soft bags; heavy jets take substantially more, including skis, golf bags and equipment. Your advisor confirms limits before departure.
How do empty legs work?
Empty legs are repositioning flights offered at up to 75% off. Dates and routes are fixed by the aircraft's schedule and can change, our live board shows what's available now.
