How is the cost of a private jet charter calculated?
Charter cost is primarily the aircraft's hourly rate multiplied by block time (taxi, climb, cruise and descent), plus positioning of the aircraft to your departure airport. Landing and handling fees, crew overnights, catering, de-icing and international permits are added on top. The JETSCREST Flight Planner shows the core band instantly; the formal quote itemises everything.
How far in advance should I book a private jet charter?
Most private charters can be arranged within a few hours, subject to aircraft and crew availability. Booking 24-72 hours ahead gives you the widest choice of aircraft, and popular dates, major holidays, sporting events, peak season, are best secured one to two weeks in advance.
Can I charter a private jet one way?
